At their Monday, February 11th board meeting; Hill City School District Board of Education members approved the 2019-2024 District Level Strategic Plan.

 

Developed and recommended by the HCSD Strategic Planning Committee for board approval, this five year planning document highlights district initiatives based on stakeholder input promoting a journey for district improvement now through 2024. This organic plan focuses on the new Vision, Mission, and Core Values. Also attached are the building level School Improvement Plans (SIPs) that correlate strongly with district level initiatives providing seamless and sustainable improvement practices at all levels of the district.

 

Additionally, this body of work will support the district's efforts to sustain its distinction as an AdvancED Systems Accredited institution. An AdvancED team will visit the district March 17 through March 20th to conduct an onsite review of the district's efforts to promote student growth in all aspects of programming.
