Dr. Randall Royer; Associated School Boards of South Dakota (ASBSD) Leadership Development Director and Teacher Placement Center Director, will provide ASBSD's Board Member Roles and Responsibility training to Hill City School District board members. The training begins at 2:30 p.m. and will end shortly before the start of the regular school board meeting.
