One week until our Grilling on the Green/Open House! We hope you can join us, August 21st, from 5:00-6:30pm. Thank you to PIPTO, our amazing parent group, for setting up and providing the food! Thank you to our Hill City Volunteer Fire Department for grilling the hot dogs! We have the best supporters!
During this event, feel free to have your child bring their school supplies. You will be able to visit classrooms, meet teachers, and see familiar faces! For those who have sixth graders, 6th grade orientation is also August 21st at 5pm in the middle school.
If you have a child who has not attended Hill City Elementary before, please fill out the online registration; all kindergarteners and new students will need this online registration completed. You can find this online registration at https://www.hillcity.k12.sd.us/ . There is a link titled, “New Student Enrollment-New Students Only.” You can either upload your child’s birth certificate and immunizations online or feel free to bring those in, along with proof of address, and we can make copies for you. Please remember, we will need birth certificates, immunizations, and proof of address before your child can attend school.
